What event sizes can Potato Brothers serve?
Our container setup is designed for events with roughly 100 to 5,000 guests. We adapt scope, staffing and the menu to the expected attendance.
What does street food catering from Potato Brothers cost?
Cost depends on guest numbers, the chosen setup, the length of the event and travel distance. Every event is quoted individually: after your inquiry we send a custom offer with menu suggestions.
How does a catering inquiry work?
In four steps: send your inquiry with the event details, receive a custom offer with menu suggestions, the container is delivered and set up on the day, and we handle service on site.
What details are needed for a quote?
Date, location, estimated guest count and the type of event. It also helps to know which setup you have in mind — Kumpir, Potato & Sausage or PotatoBar.
Which catering concepts are available?
Choose from Kumpir, potato and grill dishes, and the PotatoBar with programmable cocktails. Concepts can be combined for an event.
Which utilities are required at the venue?
The food container requires a 32A CEE power connection. A permanent fresh-water connection is not required because a tank is built in.
How much space does the food container need?
The container measures 6.4 m × 2.1 m. Access for delivery and a waiting area in front of the service window should also be planned in.
Are there vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes. The Kumpir Vegan is marked as the vegan option and the Chipsbag Veggi as the vegetarian one. The assortment is adapted to the audience of each event.
How fast are guests served at peak times?
For peak demand the Potato & Sausage setup is built for fast service. The PotatoBar uses an automated machine that prepares over five drinks per minute and stores up to 30 recipes.
Is Potato Brothers a registered and insured business?
Yes. The business is registered, hygiene certification is in place and insurance cover exists.
How are allergens and additives declared?
Information on allergens and additives is provided on request. Because the assortment is adjusted per event, we confirm the details before the event.
Where does Potato Brothers operate?
Potato Brothers is based in Berlin and serves festivals, corporate events, weddings and private celebrations in Berlin and across Germany. Since June 2026 we also run the Strandbad Rangsdorf lido on the Rangsdorfer See (Am See 2, 15834 Rangsdorf).
